Creating Your Account

Sign up for Agathos Books using your email or phone number—no password required.

Signing Up

1. Open the Agathos Books app or visit agathosbooks.com
2. Tap Get Started
3. Enter your email address or tap Use phone number instead for SMS
4. Tap Continue
5. Enter the 5-digit verification code sent to your email or phone
6. Set up your profile and join or create your first library

If you don’t see the verification code, check your spam folder (for email) or wait a moment and try again (for SMS).

After Signing Up

Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through:

1. Setting up your profile — Your name, photo, and app preferences
2. Joining or creating a library — Connect with an existing library or start your own
3. Adding your first book — Scan a barcode or search by title

What’s Next?

• Set up your first library — Create a place to organize and share books
• Join an existing library — Search for libraries near you or accept an invitation
• Update your profile — Add a photo and customize your notification preferences

Tips

• One account per email/phone — Each email or phone number can only be linked to one account
• Add a backup sign-in method — Link an additional email or phone in your profile settings for account recovery
