  3. If repeated, try again in a few minutes

What it means: The code you entered doesn’t match what we sent.

How to fix:

  2. Make sure there are no extra spaces
  3. Request a new code and try again

What it means: This email or phone number is already registered.

How to fix:

  1. Try signing in instead of creating a new account
  2. If you forgot which account you used, try the “Forgot?” flow

How to fix:

  1. Check if you’re in the right library
  2. Contact a library admin if you need elevated permissions
  3. See Understanding member roles

What it means: The library you’re trying to access doesn’t exist or has been deleted.

How to fix:

  1. The library may have been deleted by its owner
  2. Check if you have the correct library link
  3. Ask the library owner if you expected to have access

What it means: All copies of this book are currently borrowed.

How to fix:

  1. Join the waitlist to be notified when it’s available
  2. Check if other members have copies they might share
