Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and order details. Upon refund, your library is downgraded to the Free tier.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your library settings. You retain access until the end of your billing period, then your library downgrades to the Free tier.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, incorrect amounts), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com. Charges appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET*AGATHOSBOOKS" or similar.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
